The firm is engaged as Panel Advocates for the defence services including Air Force Group Insurance Society, Indian Air Force Benevolent Association, Air Force Naval Housing Board, Naval Group Insurance Funds and other similar organisations of the defence services.
The firm has successfully handled criminal and civil cases for the defence services and has been instrumental in recovering Rs. 150 crores invested by the defence services in the Corporate sector. The firm is also on the panel of some of the well-known companies and has been instrumental in assisting and representing such companies before the Company Law Board, Securities & Exchange Board of India, Stock Exchanges and other statutory authorities. The firm has also assisted banks in cases filed with Debt Recovery Tribunals and BIFR. The firm has engaged senior counsels from time to time in the Supreme Court and the High Court on issue-based litigation and have successfully carried out the assignments given by various companies in the Corporate sector. Individually, the firm has represented a large number of financial services and Agro based companies and their promoters while the companies were on the down
swing by managing a large number of criminal/quasi criminal cases filed against them and have bailed out the promoters, who were burdened with coercive processes of the Court.
